Lithium, don't want to lock me up inside.
Lithium, don't want to forget how it feels without...
Lithium, I want to stay in love with my sorrow.
Oh, but God, I want to let it go.
Come to bed, don't make me sleep alone.
Couldn't hide the emptiness, you let it show.
Never wanted it to be so cold.
Just didn't drink enough to say you love me.
I can't hold on to me,
Wonder what's wrong with me.
Lithium, don't want to lock me up inside.
Lithium, don't want to forget how it feels without...
Lithium, I want to stay in love with my sorrow.
“And where do you plan to go, my dear, foolish Evoke?” Sharma’s deadly voice broke out into the darkness. Evoke glanced at him, watching him through lifeless yet dangerous optics. “Somewhere, I suppose, North.” She said simply, pondering over what she was actually going to do. “And why the sudden change of heart, my sweet, that you decide to leave me, like the w**** you are?” He was obviously pissed off, but, amazingly he had only inflicted a few hits on her. “Because I’m bored of you, Sharma, you’re too old.” Evoke answered matter-of-factly. Oh Evoke, she was never going to change, and that, might be the downfall of her, those words were dangerous to speak to someone such as Sharma. But then again, this is, Evoke. She won herself another bone shattering hit to the shoulder, yet, she didn’t repel, she welcomed the pain. “You have a vile mind Evoke, a mind of metal, a mind of brilliance to me, don’t waste it on a worthless piece of c***.” Those were his last words before melting back into the darkness. “Since when would you care.” She snapped with a bitter tone. Yet there was no reply. Just the sound of rain as it began to pour down, drenching her coat, trying to wash her clean, but failing miserably.
A heavy storm had obviously passed the night before. Trees had been snapped into two, blocking ways to secret places. The ground was that soft you couldn’t hear you’re footsteps. A thick, heavy fog settled over the terrain, hiding the ground from watching eyes. Basically the place was a wreck, a disaster. A truly horrific mess in some eyes, in others, a masterpiece. Destruction is fuel, destruction is exquisite. Daggers pierced at the helpless earth, sending heavy waves of through it. The white, perfect bodice of an Angel of Darkness, better know as Evoke, sped through the foliage. From the outside, her appearance against this scene, was like a white rose, trying to blend into a black canvas. Yet, from her inside point of view, she matched this place entirely, perhaps, more so then is natural. Soon enough, a log that had collapsed to the ground, blocked the path to the destination of which Evoke wanted to go. With a precise, steady leap, she discarded it like it was but a twig in her path, which is how she basically sees everything. Everything is but a twig in her path, waiting to be snapped into two.
Evoke had been traveling for what seemed ten days, continuously heading North. As if she was but a robot with a destination of nowhere but somewhere. She had stopped at times for a quick rest and to forage out some food and water, seeing as though if she ignored that she would be a fool. Her mind had basically been switched off from any thought, voices or anything else that might interrupt her during the time. But now, she was unable to control it, the voices ran through her head, tempting her with ideas, provoking her, insulting her, dragging her to the peak of insanity. But she ignored them, as best she could, for at the moment, all that mattered was ahead of her. The path she had taken but a mere three years ago, seemed to be have been the perfect one and only one she could take. Think about it, if Evoke had taken the path of light, could you imagine the type she would be? It’s quite amusing to think about, actually. But, away from that subject, for now.
Evoke finally stopped, and unlocked her senses, unlocked her mind. What she saw – and felt – was just what she needed. Ice. Snow. The cold. A deep breath was inhaled, letting the icy cold air sting her insides, the breath exhaled formed a white plume. The surroundings might have been clear and clean, perfect. But the air stung, bit and numbed Evoke, which, was the exact type of medication she was looking for. The white canvas was perfect for camouflage, but then, why would Evoke want to hide, eh? Evoke at the moment, was pure white, but for the muddy hooves and three wounds, of which the blood had dried and most of it had been lost due to the water that she had traveled either under or through. Evoke closed her eyes, taking in the cold, which matched her heart and soul so well. “Well at least I know there’s going to be somewhere to escape to.” Her tone was flat and emotionless, as always.
Don't want to let it lay me down this time.
Drown my will to fly.
Here in the darkness I know myself.
Can't break free until I let it go.
Let me go.
Darling, I forgive you after all.
Anything is better than to be alone.
And in the end I guess I had to fall.
Always find my place among the ashes.
I can't hold on to me,
Wonder what's wrong with me.
Lithium, don't want to lock me up inside.
Lithium, don't want to forget how it feels without...
Lithium, ...stay in love with my sorrow.
I'm gonna let it go.
[o.o.c] Eh, it's crap, sorry.
